As it is Seachtain na Gaeilge, the children are invited to do a “Lá Glas” on Thursday. The children can dress up in something green or any St Patricks day attire, if they would like.
All ready for the new season which starts in the two weeks! Great to see them ready again for matches. Our GAA team will have their first match next thursday and we have two 5 a-side teams entered in a soccer tournament on Monday the 27th March.
Our student council are running a fundraiser tomorrow for Remember Us in Balbriggan. This was chosen by the children in 5th and 6th class. Children are allowed to wear a Christmas Jumper to school. Any money raised will be donated after Christmas.
Well done to Mrs Murphy's class who have completed the Marathon Kids. Unfortunately the planned final lap was cancelled, but everyone received t-shirt and medal for their hard work and being active!
